Which constitution articles are most asked in exams?
Articles 14 to 32 (Fundamental Rights), 52 to 78 (President, Vice President, Council of Ministers), 79 to 122 (Parliament, including 110 Money Bill and 112 Budget), 124 (Supreme Court), 352, 356 and 360 (Emergencies) and 370 are the most repeated in SSC, Railway and State exams. What is Article 110?
Article 110 defines a Money Bill, which can be introduced only in the Lok Sabha, and the Speaker's decision on whether a bill is a Money Bill is final. The Rajya Sabha can only recommend changes within 14 days.
How many schedules does the Indian Constitution have?
The Constitution of India has 12 Schedules. The Schedules video gives a trick to remember all 12 in order, from the First Schedule (states and union territories) to the Twelfth Schedule (municipalities, added by the 74th Amendment in 1992).
Is Article 370 still in the Constitution?
Article 370 still exists in the text, but its special provisions for Jammu and Kashmir were made inoperative by the Presidential Order of 5 August 2019, which the Supreme Court upheld in December 2023. The video explains the article, the 2019 change and the exam questions it generates.
