About this video

Indian History By Akshay Sir

Indian History by Akshay Sir is a free video course covering Ancient, Medieval and Modern India in 16 lessons across 3 chapters, in Hindi. Ancient History includes the Indus Valley, Vedic age, Mahajanapadas and the history of South India (two parts) plus a full ancient history recap in shorts; Medieval India covers the Delhi Sultanate and the Mughal period; Modern India is the largest chapter with the British period, revolts, Congress sessions, movements and leaders.

History questions in SSC, Railway and State exams are mostly factual: who founded, who fought, which year, which book. Akshay Sir's tricks turn each list of dynasties, rulers and battles into something memorable, and the chapter order follows the exam syllabus so you can study it like a book.

  • Most marks: Modern India, which produces half of the history questions in SSC CGL and RRB NTPC.
  • More tricks: the Indian History chapter in GS Trick by Akshay Sir and the GK/GS Trick Shorts series.

3 chapters · 16 free videos · Watch in order from the first chapter.
