How many grammar questions come in SSC CGL English?
SSC CGL Tier 1 has 25 English questions, of which around 10 to 12 are grammar-based: spotting errors, sentence improvement, active and passive voice, direct and indirect speech and fill in the blanks. Tier 2 has more. CHSL and MTS follow a similar pattern.
What are the most important grammar rules for spotting errors?
Subject-verb agreement, correct use of articles, prepositions after specific words, pronoun case, tense consistency, adjective and adverb forms, conjunction pairs and superfluous words cause most errors in SSC sentences. The Top 100 Rules sessions and the Spotting Errors lessons cover all of these.
Is this course taught in Hindi?
Yes, the rules are explained in Hindi with English example sentences, so Hindi-medium aspirants can understand the logic behind each rule, not just memorise it.
Does the series include previous year questions?
Yes, there is a dedicated Spot the Error PYQs video, and the lessons use sentences modelled on previous SSC papers.
